Our Fundamentals and Cheerleading classes are aimed at children aged 5 – 11

Our Fundamentals classes offer enjoyable gymnastics sessions suited to all abilities. Qualified British Gymnastics Coaches will guide your child through exciting sessions using the same equipment that elite athletes use.

Our charity has invested tens of thousands of pounds and have been awarded grants to purchase top of the range apparatus, including an Olympic sized sprung floor, trampoline, fast tracks, bars, beams, vaults and foam pits.   Our Fundamentals class children get to learn the basics of gymnastics, developing into advanced gymnastics skills in our amazing space!

Children will take part in a fun warm up before being split into smaller groups with children of a similar ability and age to them. At NBC Gymnastics we believe that children enjoy their sport most and feel a greater sense of reward at their achievements when working at just the right level for them with children they can get to know as friends, so after a first few weeks initial introduction to classes, your child will have a regular coach and regular group that they work with.

Children will work on a variety of gymnastics skills suitable for their level of ability.  Gymnasts progress at their own rate and we celebrate their achievements along the way.

Children taking part in Fundamentals Classes will get the opportunity to work towards our NBC Colours award scheme and our annual Club Championships.  These are always a massive hit with the children!

Our Cheerleading and Gymnastics Classes bring together two exciting disciplines in an enjoyable and exciting class.

Our experienced cheerleading coaches combine cheer and gymnastics in our fantastic facility! They bring cheer to NBC Gymnastics in a fun and exciting programme that combines all the great stuff about cheer without the pressure of competitions.

Tumbling, jumps, routines and fantastic music await those who sign up for what is a very popular class. Learn how to work as a team to create spectacular stunts and pyramids, put together routines to perform at displays, and keep fit in the happiest way possible

Those attending our Cheer classes get to work towards our NBC Cheer Colours Awards and annual club championships.

Our Fundamentals and Cheerleading classes are weekly 60 minute sessions that run throughout the year and cost £39.50 per month.
